You're opting in to receive SMS messages from Ariova at the mobile number you text us from. This is express written consent under the U.S. Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) — texting us first, or replying to our first message, counts as that consent.
Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. Message frequency varies based on your conversation and any follow-ups you've asked for (never more than a couple of proactive check-ins per week).
Reply STOP at any time to opt out — you'll be unsubscribed immediately and we'll confirm it. Reply HELP for support, or contact us at support@ariova.ai.
Standard SMS is not end-to-end encrypted. We encrypt and protect your data on our end (see our Privacy Policy), but the text message itself travels over the normal cell network like any other text. Please keep that in mind for anything especially sensitive.
Ariova is informational, not medical care. It does not diagnose conditions, prescribe or recommend medications or dosages, and does not create a doctor-patient or clinician relationship. It reflects patterns in what you've told it and helps you organize information for your own care team. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 — do not text Ariova.
We only collect what you choose to tell us or send us (text, photos, documents). You can ask Ariova to show you what it knows, correct it, or delete your data entirely at any time.
