Washington's My Health My Data Act (MHMD) gives consumer health data — health information that isn't already covered by HIPAA — special protection. This page exists as a separate, prominent document specifically about that, as the law requires, in addition to our general Privacy Policy.
Solely to provide the service you're asking for: remembering your health situation across conversations, helping you track what's open or resolved, reading documents you send us, and giving you organized summaries of your own information (for example, to bring to a doctor). We do not collect consumer health data for any secondary purpose.
We share consumer health data only with the processors necessary to run the service, under contract, and only to the extent needed to perform that function:
We do not share consumer health data with data brokers, advertisers, or any party for marketing purposes. We do not sell consumer health data, under any circumstance, to anyone.
We do not use geofencing (or any other location-based targeting) around health facilities — clinics, doctor's offices, hospitals, pharmacies, mental health or reproductive health facilities, or similar locations — to identify, track, or send messages to consumers, or to collect their consumer health data.
To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@ariova.ai. We'll respond promptly and will not require you to create an account or pay a fee to exercise these rights.
By texting Ariova after seeing our opt-in page, you consent to our collection and use of your consumer health data as described here and in our Privacy Policy, for the purpose of providing you the service. We do not collect consumer health data beyond what's needed for that purpose, and we will ask for your consent again if that ever changes.
